My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home, and we were extremely nervous to possibly ask dumb questions in the eyes of a realtor and for them to look down on us for it, but Kashia did quite the opposite! Between Kashia and Erin we felt at ease asking any questions along the way, and helping us feel confident in our decision with our interests in mind. No matter how dumb it may have been, or if we had already asked it, Kashia and Erin would always answer with a smile and explain anything we wanted to us. Upon closing of the house, Kashia and Erin had encouraged us to get a home warranty, explaining that some of the bigger aspects of the house (AC/Water Heater, etc) were well past their expected lifetime, and if they broke it would costs us thousands without the warranty. So we ended up getting it, and a year later our entire AC system went out, but because of the home warranty it saved us THOUSANDS. Can not say just how much I appreciate the process from start to finish with Kashia and Erin.
